I have used a snowflake star patterned paper from Sugar and Spice Studio.  I added some ribbon and some pearls to the paper.  The image and sentiment are from All Dressed Up - and coloured with copic markers.  I gave the wings a bit of sparkle with some Stickles (Star Dust).
