Sleeping on the Job

Oh dear me - this cute little snowman is so tired he has fallen asleep!  Sitting so close to the candle, he is lucky not to be melting!

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Christmas Inspirations - Die Cuts and Punches

Digi Stamps 4 Joy - Recycled item + snowflake

PINspirational Challenge - Photo Inspiration (pink and blue)

CHNC - Anything Christmas
http://craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge2.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/chnc-challenge-extra-for-october.html

I have used a paper from a paper pad called Christmas Collection.  The image is from Digi Stamps 4 Joy and has been coloured using copic markers B00, B000, RV13, RV10, G17, G14, R27, YR23.  I have used Spellbinders oval and snowflakes dies for the die-cutting.  The snowflake and matting have been die-cut from two different colours of glitter cardstock by DCWV.    The bow is from a ribbon that was around last year's Christmas crackers.  They are fairly small pieces of ribbon so quick tricky tying into bows using my Bow Easy but after a couple of attempts I was successful - perseverance paid off!

  1. This is just too cute! Love the way you have displayed this sweet image. I never think of pink as a Christmas colour...I'm thinking I just might have to change my mind on that. Thanks for playing in our challenge at Digistamps4Joy! Good luck and we hope to see you again.

  6. Great use of a recycled item. I hope that little snowman wakes up before that candle burns down too low. Thanks for joining us at DigiStamps4Joy for this challenge.
