Time for another Christmas Card - this time a shaped one!

I think I have used everything on the BINGO board for ABC Christmas Challenges for this card!

This time I have used a template from houseofstirfry.com/chia.

The paper comes from a paper pad by MME.  The lace, ribbon, ribbon roses and pearls are from my stash.  The image is from Spyders Corner and is called Earmuff Penguin.
